NASCAR Betting Tips
Most people out there just jump into Nascar betting, soccer betting, basketball betting, and other types of sports betting and they don’t do any research or anything before choosing there picks. Now this is fine if you’re just trying to have some fun and get lucky, but if you’re trying to win money then you need to do your homework. In NASCAR there are numerous bets you can make on every race, but one thing in common with them is that there all based on speed. You need to be able to choose the best bets out there based on the speed and time racers have finished in the past. We’re going to look at some simple betting tips that you can use when you’re betting on NASCAR.
• Every track in NASCAR is a different size and none of them are the same as each other which means the racers need to adapt to a new track every race. You should compare the track there racing on to the track they raced on last week to see if it is similar or not.
• Some racers will finish great on some tracks for some reason, whether it is experience, skill or luck and you need to make sure you look for these racers. If a Full Tilt racer has finished in the top 5 the past 2-5 seasons at a given track then chances are they will do well on the track again this season.
• Since you can bet on manufacturers to win the race you should look for which manufacturer typically does well on the track coming up. If a Ford car has finished first the past ten years on a track then you can definitely find some value betting in Ford to win it again.
• Always look at the match-up bets and make sure that you bet more on those then you do any of the other bets. Match-up bets have the best odds at 50% and you can win some easy money on these with research. If a racer who does excellent on the track coming up is matched against someone who may have crashed the past couple races then there is value in taking the racer with the good record on the track.
• The odd time you might be able to find some sportsbooks offering different odds for certain bets. Make sure you look around the internet to find the best odds for each race and if possible don’t just use one sportsbook and limit yourself to those odds only.
• If you’re looking to make money on NASCAR betting then you should also start spending time watching the practice trials and qualifying trials of each race. This will give you an idea about which cars are looking good early in the week and could give you a lean towards match-up bets later on in the week.
Try using these NASCAR betting tips when you’re making your decisions about what to bet on. Don’t just rush into betting on any racer because you think they should win. You should have some research that backs up your bet so that you can feel confident about it hitting.
