If a racer who does excellent on the track coming up is matched against someone who may have crashed the past couple races then there is value in taking the racer with the good record on the track.

• The odd time you might be able to find some sportsbooks offering different odds for certain bets. Make sure you look around the internet to find the best odds for each race and if possible don’t just use one sportsbook and limit yourself to those odds only.

• If you’re looking to make money on NASCAR betting then you should also start spending time watching the practice trials and qualifying trials of each race. This will give you an idea about which cars are looking good early in the week and could give you a lean towards match-up bets later on in the week.
